Role Overview:The Golden Grove Sales and Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding brand awareness for Golden Grove's cutting-edge kratom tonic. This role is ideal for a passionate, aggressive, and entrepreneurial individual with a deep understanding of the Kratom industry and a commitment to educating and engaging Kratom consumers. As the voice of a rapidly growing sector, you will be instrumental in shaping perceptions and building trust in a product that’s transforming wellness. This position requires up to 50% travel and a hands-on approach, allowing you to work independently with minimal oversight while making smart, impactful decisions to elevate the brand’s presence and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Golden Grove.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the beverage industry.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Represent Golden Grove at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Educate clients and consumers on the unique benefits of Golden Grove, highlighting our commitment to purity, quality, and exceptional taste.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand philosophy and product benefits.
Manage and create all Golden Grove marketing needs to build brand awareness from ordering POCM to executing on Golden Grove's social media
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of beverage sales experience; experience with functional beverages or health and wellness products.
Strong understanding of the beverage industry and market dynamics.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of kratom and its benefits.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $36,000-$48,000 Based on Location and Experience
